Accommodation

The Organizing Secretariat has arranged the accommodation at 5* Akka Antedon Hotel in Antalya.
Accommodation can only be guaranteed if you have stated a credit card number on your registration form. The hotel guarantee means that the room will be saved for you, even you arrive later announced. It also means that if you do not arrive the day you have stated, the hotel will charge you a no-show fee for one night. The card number will not be used neither by the Organizing Secretariat nor the hotel without your authorization, in any other case than in a no-show situation.
